To install Skype for Business log into the office 365 Portal (outlook.office.com)

 Click Office 365

 Select Install Software button

*There are two install buttons, select the 2^nd install unless Office 2016 is installed on your computer

Install Skype for Business Basic. (For Office 2016) OR Install Skype for Business 2015. (works on older versions 2010 & 2013)

Please make sure all your office programs are not opened when choosing to install skype.

After the installation, click on the windows/start button, search/type Skype for Business

Select Accept

Type your Coates email address and O365 (email) password to sign into the program.
